Based on a needs analysis, we knew the right mix for ADM would include both a general onboarding training to scale with a productivity-boosting digital solution, as well as process-specific training solutions.

The process-specific training modules had to include engaging activities to improve skill acquisition and increase the rate of first-time pass quality inspections. It needed to include case studies to teach decision-making skills, downloadable PDF resources for reference, 3D renderings, and application activities.



The AllenComm team created a digital learning solution with a 60-minute seat time for onboarding and systems training that included a cinemagraph, a case study with instructional flow, 3D images integrated in the course, and a customized principal activity.

We used media-rich video obtained directly from the factory floor to instantly get learners’ attention and create a visual context they would recognize to add relevance and improve motivation.
