In-Person and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT/VILT)

Depending on the nature of the learner and organizational need, the optimal learning approach may include in-person and/or virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT). It may be combined in a hybrid solution with eLearning and other learning modalities. When part of a personalized plan or learner experience journey, instructor-led training (ILT) can help to foster cohort relationships, provide realistic practice of interpersonal skills, or engage learners in project-based or other reinforcement activities.

Our award-winning ILT solutions include workshops where aspiring managers run their own retail business, leader-led sessions where key executives personally connect with learner cohorts, and flipped-classroom sessions with facilitated Q&A. Such training can prompt learners to think critically and challenge what they are learning. We develop ILT across a range of industries—healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and high tech—to meet critical business needs for onboarding, compliance, leadership, sales enablement, and skills development

The Benefits of Instructor-Led Training

Instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), or blended learning (combination ILT or vILT with web-based training) offer significant advantages through a personalized and interactive learning approach, providing real-time interaction with instructors for immediate feedback and tailored guidance. AllenComm designs and develops ILT courses that facilitate practical application of concepts and skills through real-world scenarios and exercises, ensuring learners can directly apply their new skills and knowledge in their roles. Additionally, we offer train-the-trainer options to ensure facilitators and instructors are prepared with applicable skills to facilitate effectively.

“The agents are coming back to class and sharing great stories, experiences, and challenges. They’re even using the “language” when sharing—which is a pretty big deal (they never do that!). The trainers are also doing well….4/4 certified today! They make me proud!”
