One project where Allen is extending their global reach is a series of web-based-training courses for a direct distributor’s growing market in China. In a turn from the norm where US employee training influences training in other countries, this series of successful Chinese courses is being redeveloped for the company’s North American operation.
Another series of sales courses was tailored to match the demographics for a client’s sales force in Latin American countries such as; Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Chile & Uruguay. The client saw an increase in sales of 36 percent by those who completed the courses, compared to those who didn’t participate.
Allen is also developing a blended training program for a pharmaceutical company that will standardize some of their administrative practices and procedures among employees in Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Singapore, China, Pakistan, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.
Additionally, Allen recently launched several localized learning portals in Eastern European countries, including Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and The Czech Republic, which offer custom learner tracking capabilities.
