AllenComm Clients Win Six Brandon Hall Awards for Innovative Learning Experiences
AllenComm, a leader in innovative learning experiences, won six 2020 Brandon Hall Group, Inc. awards for Excellence in Learning. Wins include three golds, two silvers, and one bronze award. The AllenComm client projects that secured these honors include leadership, compliance, and reskilling learning experiences.
AllenComm continues to lead the industry in award-winning projects for clients. These six Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning awards were given to four AllenComm clients. Two gold Brandon Hall awards were given for learning experiences that support a change transformation business strategy. These include a project for a large healthcare technology company designed to guide them through a significant business transition and a leadership competency training for a regional bank. A third gold award for excellence in compliance training was also received. Two silver awards were given for a leadership course that helps bakery-café assistant managers advance to general manager positions. A bronze award was given for an interactive reskilling training that addresses the needs of marketers for a large food manufacturer.
Award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
