AllenComm’s custom elearning solutions earned 30 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards this year, including eight gold, the most in company history.
SALT LAKE CITY, [August 19, 2026] — AllenComm, a corporate training and learning services company, announced Wednesday it has received 30 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards for learning and development programs delivered across five clients: Delta Air Lines, Siemens Digital Industry Software, Jabil, The Cigna Group and NaturaLawn of America. The recognitions include eight gold, 19 silver and three bronze awards.
The awards span five industries, including airline, healthcare, industrial software, manufacturing and home services, and recognize work ranging from strategic consulting to custom learning and technology solutions. While the programs addressed different business challenges, each was recognized for the same caliber of outcomes-driven work, evidence that these capabilities operate as one integrated team in practice, not only in the pitch deck.
“Any single award can be a good year. Thirty, spread across five clients and almost every discipline we practice, is something else,” said Ron Zamir, CEO of AllenComm. “This is a record year for us with Brandon Hall Group, and records like this don’t happen by accident. They happen when results-driven work meets client trust built over years.”
While AllenComm earned multiple gold Brandon Hall Group awards this year across its client portfolio, two wins in particular illustrate the range of challenges a strategic learning partnership can address.
For Delta Air Lines, AllenComm helped transform the Red Coat role, an elite airport customer service position, from one-time training into a progressive, cohort-based leadership journey. The result: a stronger leadership pipeline, meaningful gains in customer satisfaction during service recovery interactions and a significant year-over-year improvement in customer satisfaction scores.
For Siemens, AllenComm reimagined sales training as a change-management experience, helping account managers and sales leads shift from “I sell” to “we sell” through a personalized Impact Calculator and AI-driven coaching. The result: a companywide sales approach employees were required to follow and a larger pool of potential deals.
With more than four decades of client relationships, AllenComm attributes its track record to how it operates as an integrated learning services partner. Its consulting, custom content, technology and staffing capabilities have grown together over decades, allowing each discipline to inform the others and giving clients access to the full breadth of AllenComm’s expertise regardless of which services they engage. For clients, that means working with a partner that leads with strategy, draws on the right capabilities for the challenge, and delivers results measured in metrics that matter to their business, without the day-to-day work landing back on their team.
“When the people building content, recommending technology and designing the program all sit at the same table, the client gets a solution shaped by the full picture, not just one discipline’s view of it,” Zamir said. “That’s what integrated means to us, and it’s what shows up in the work our clients are willing to put their name behind.”
