AllenComm, a leader in innovative custom corporate training, won seven coveted 2019 Brandon Hall Group, Inc. awards for excellence in onboarding, leadership, and compliance training. This recognition gives AllenComm top award-winner status for the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
AllenComm and clients were honored with three gold awards for Excellence in Learning, one gold award for Excellence in Leadership Development, and three silver awards for Excellence in Learning.
AllenComm continues to lead the industry in award-winning projects for clients. Over the past three years, AllenComm has garnered over 128 awards for its projects and innovations. In winning these seven HCM excellence awards, AllenComm was recognized three times for custom content training courses and for achievement in coaching and mentoring for leadership development. Some of the winning innovations include a mobile leadership platform that gives learners the option to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule, a web-based compliance training course that fosters integrity with interactive scenarios, and an onboarding course that teaches volunteers precise skills on-site with real-life examples and interactive practice options accessible on mobile devices.
