SALT LAKE CITY (April 30, 2010 — Media Corp Inc. announced the Risk Management Association (RMA) and Allen Communication Learning Services (Allen) as a gold winner of the coveted Omni Intermedia Award. The OMNI awards, created by Media Corp Inc., “recognize outstanding media productions that engage, empower and enlighten.” Winners are listed at: www.omniawards.com/winnerscircle.html.
RMA and Allen joined to create an online version, web-based training, of their highly successful self-study Commercial Credit for Lenders (CCL) curriculum. This version, called the Lending Decision Process (LDP), is more of an interactive elearning and engaging than the 1800 pages of text the self-study format provided. Additionally, it allows learners to take the courses as needed and at their pace, whether they need just one, some, or all of the courses.
RMA and Allen’s winning course covered media created for instructional use. This category was evaluated based on eight areas of interest: creativity, graphics, programming, ease of use, functionality, audio, special effects, and impact.
“We are proud to partner with RMA to educate the financial industry on the lending process in such an engaging, interactive course,” states Ron Zamir, President and CEO of Allen. “To be a part of such a mission critical measure like understanding the lending process in this economic recession is an honor.”
