Ron Zamir is the President and CEO of Allen Communication Learning Services. Prior to his time as president, Ron was the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mentergy, Inc. and Gilat Communications. Previously, he was General Manager for IBG, one of Israel’s leading marketing and business development consulting firms dealing with high-tech, multimedia, education and the Web. Ron is an Honors graduate of Hebrew University, has completed MBA studies and is the recipient of the Raoul Wallenberg Fellowship for Leadership and Democracy.

Paul Zackrison is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of employee-owned Allen Communication Learning Services. Prior to becoming COO/CFO, Paul served as CFO at Mentergy, Inc. As COO, he oversees Allen’s production and operations. Prior to his experience in the training industry, he gained extensive experience in finance & accounting management and analysis in several high tech companies in Silicon Valley. Paul is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Utah.

Michael Noble, PhD, became Allen’s Chief Learning Officer in 2005. Since then, he has reengineered our design and development processes; designed a tool for online project management; and created an organizational structure that leverages his team’s expertise while increasing overall scalability.  Before joining Allen in 1998, Michael taught at the University of Louisiana. He currently teaches at the University of Utah. Michael’s goal is to ensure that every client has a unique experience in working with us—one characterized by creative energy, unrivaled response, and genuine value.
