In 2012 Susan Cain wrote the book, “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Won’t Stop Talking.” She also wrote a really powerful New York Times Op-Ed and gave a Ted Talk. Along the way Susan has heard from tens of thousands of people who’ve read the book talking about just how much it impacted their lives.That was the genesis of the Quiet Revolution. One of the first things we did, as we established the Quiet Leadership Institute, was think about how can we create a digital platform that allows the Quiet Leadership Institute to reach as many people as possible?That’s when we learned about Allen and really spent a lot of time understanding the capabilities, and what a course would do, and what we needed to do to make it different, to make it unique, to feel really special and in line with our brand, but at the same time that would be something that people wanted to take, and also make the training really applicable for a large number of people, from all different age groups, from all over the world, from all different backgrounds and professions. That’s a difficult thing to do. Working with Allen, we’ve been able to do that very effectively.

This training provides a greater sense of awareness of who introverts are, but also the practical applications of what you can do in terms of running meetings more effectively, in terms of providing feedback, recognizing introverts more effectively, and all these things that have direct impact on our day-to-day lives.
