Medrio provides the technology solutions to streamline, standardize, and automate key processes of clinical trial management. To make their ground-breaking software even more impactful, they partnered with AllenComm to develop a training program to equip end-users to maximize performance, efficiency, and accuracy of the Medrio platform to drive better outcomes for patients, clinicians, and administrators during trials.

LEARNING HOW TO MEASURE SUCCESS

The AllenComm team kicked off its collaboration with Medrio with a needs analysis. The goal was to understand the learning audience and the ePRO platform they use, so that we could build an effective, engaging learning experience that would empower learners to deliver improved patient experiences, gather more accurate data and drive more efficient and successful clinical trials. We worked closely with Medrio subject matter experts throughout an iterative design development process of review and quality control to create a performance map, incorporate Medrio branding and visual strategy, and set goals to meet their objectives for a learning solution that would be engaging, effective, impactful and empowering.

We knew the goal was to empower learners through flexible, accessible learning courses that would provide real-world challenges to help learners acquire and practice new skills to speed time to proficiency, increase productivity, and empower ePRO users to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We were able to build a digital learning solution that empowered the learning audience to accurately respond to questions by navigating the correct system configuration and make the needed corrections to resolve issues.
