See how QLI helped employees recognize and utilize their strengths.
Following the publication of Susan Cain’s book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking, Cain heard from tens of thousands of people who wanted help applying their own introverted, ambiverted or extroverted strengths in the workplace. To help companies capitalize on these ideas and create a better, more effective workplace, Cain founded Quiet Leadership Institute (QLI). While QLI had an instructor-led course with the information and techniques to create workplace change, they did not have an eLearning curriculum that organized the information in a way that best helped people learn and remember these tools.
The AllenComm Solution
To empower employees and managers to best use each person’s strengths, AllenComm built out a multi-part curriculum that builds off the learner’s understanding of the topic and career goals. Using motion graphic pieces, videos, simulations, a personality assessment and interactive pieces in a web-based training, the course AllenComm created for QLI takes learners from identifying where they fall on the introvert/extrovert spectrum to understanding their strengths and then how to apply those in the workplace. This training is improving efficiency, engaging and empowering employees, and driving productivity.
