A leading provider of financial services needed an effective digital training solution to update their compliance, regulatory and safety courses. Our client needed to convert their content from five eLearning courses and ILT into a two-hour digital training experience to streamline learning, motivate learners and gain buy-in, and humanize the compliance process.
The AllenComm team developed digital compliance training designed to personalize learning for employees through a combination of interactive scenarios that included mentor personas, courses included modules, a resources section, challenge activities, and provided feedback. The courses were designed to help learners feel more connected to the content as they learned compliance processes, came to understand their personal responsibility and potential to have an impact, and role in data management and security.
