AllenComm coordinated with our financial services industry partner to create digital learning solution designed to teach security best practices and compliance, and the personal skills and savvy to help determine risks. We used rich media to provide real-world learning examples and scenarios with built in interactive feedback to encourage engagement, critical thinking, and skills practice.

RESKILLING/UPSKILLING

AllenComm was hired to create a online training that helps employees create or update LinkedIn profiles to showcase their transferrable skills and career aspirations. We designed a learnings solution with the goal of assessing employee skills, pinpointing competency gaps, and offering reskilling or upskilling. We started with assessments to determine the unique needs of learners and established a value proposition to reinforce the relevance of the training. Additionally, we addressed employees’ resistance to change with increased transparency to encourage the desired performance.
