Diversity, equity, and inclusion training builds employee knowledge, values, and skills to improve upon corporate culture and the employee experience. Brandon Hall's research shows that almost nine in ten organizations identify diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as an important driver of business results. Research by McKinsey found that greater ethnic and gender representation within an organization predicts outperformance of less representative organization. For instance, organizations with more than 30% women in leadership outperformed organizations by 10 to 30 percent.  However, only about one-third of organizations rate themselves highly for critical DEI drivers such as having a diverse talent pipeline or leadership that reflects the diversity of the customer base and workforce.
