Emma Hartsfield

Emma leads the marketing team at AllenComm. She is always looking for ways to ensure clients’ needs are met and her love of research helps her get the job done. Emma has a B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Utah and an MBA from Florida State University. When she’s not at work, she’s busy chasing two adorable children around.

Blake Beus

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Blake leads the new business team and focuses on supporting strategic relationships with our clients. Blake holds a BS in Finance and Marketing (University of Utah) and an MBA (University of Utah). What Blake enjoys most about his role at AllenComm is helping organizations implement initiatives that have a real impact on the business.

Todd Miller

Vice President of Technical Services Programs

Todd leads delivery of the latest learning technologies to AllenComm’s clients. After 27 years with AllenComm, Todd has extensive experience in successfully implementing innovative learning technologies into world-class and award-winning solutions, and a keen interest in applying new technologies in the realm of workplace enablement.

Marty Newey

Director of Learning Solutions

Marty loves working with AllenComm clients who quickly become his friends, and does all he can to make sure their projects are successful. He holds a MS in instructional design (BYU). He is an avid skier and backpacker and based on the inspiration of “City Slickers” has gone on his annual adventure trip with his old college buddies for 28 years now and counting.

Eric Budd

Director of Learning Solutions

Eric Budd has been in L&D Operations Management for the past 14 years, witnessing the evolution of the landscape to what it is today. His hobbies include small electronics tinkering, college sports (Go Blue!), and getting entirely too excited at his sons’ soccer games. Eric is excited to share and learn best practices from industry leaders, helping to drive forward a culture of continuous learning.

David Peterson

Director of Learning Solutions

David focuses on supporting strategic relationships with clients helping them create innovative and engaging training experiences. He holds a BS in Marketing and Business Administration and an MBA from Utah State University. David enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time in the yard with his two dogs.
