AllenComm, a leader in corporate training, announced today that they have received four coveted Brandon Hall Awards for excellence in learning solutions showcasing learning technology, custom content, and innovative learning and development.

AllenComm was recognized for exceptional courses for two Fortune 1000 clients. Two bronze awards were garnered for advanced learning technology and innovative learning and development for a Fortune 1000 manufacturing client. The latest technology in performance support called Siteline, a mobile platform that accelerates learning and performance was used in the manufacturing course. Siteline simplified the content management and triggered learner support at the greatest point of need. Two bronze awards were also awarded for an employee relations onboarding course for a Fortune 100 national financial client for content and learning technology.

“We are thrilled to be selected for four Brandon Hall Awards. It is an honor and privilege to work with Fortune 1000 organizations to create innovative training solutions that not only produce superior business results, but that showcase learning design and technology that reaches outside the conventions of traditional learning boundaries,” said Ron Zamir, CEO of AllenComm. “These awards are a validation of our continued efforts to transform individual potential into organizational strength, and a testament to the passion and hard work of our team members and our clients.”

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria for training programs: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.

“Excellence Award winners personify innovation that drives business results. Our winners embrace the future and embrace change and the challenges that go with it,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “It is amazing in reviewing these entries how organizations – both large and small – work across functions to make human capital management a valuable asset the enables business success.”
