Training vendor, AllenComm, creates award-winning programs for major environmental services provider and national laboratory contractor
Salt Lake City, UTAH – Oct. 18, 2016 – Allen Communication, a leading custom training and content development company, won a silver and bronze Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award for Best Custom Content. The company received the silver award for a web-based safety training solution, and a bronze award for the web-based portion of a blended program to improve maintenance practices.

The safety training, built for a laboratory contractor, is a web-based solution, using multiple modalities to engage employees. The program incorporates storyteller videos, personalized safety scores, interactive graphics, knowledge checks and interactive video.
AllenComm executed the web-based portion of the maintenance program, which is a microlearning resource incorporating motion graphics, interactive audio, on-the-job scenarios, interactive and static infographics and a printable action planner. The solution also includes a library of training content that was redesigned into an easy-to-navigate online reference tool.
