The Allen updating and maintenance tool is a first of a suite of tools that will help bridge the gap between internal and external training groups.
Now companies can enjoy the instructional design provided by Allen and utilize these tools independently, updating courseware rapidly as information changes or becomes outdated. Based on a simple interface, clients do not change the basic design of the course but are able to fully update existing content, graphics, and audio in a much simpler fashion than authoring environments. By using these maintenance tools, clients will be able to maintain their courses easily and quickly without needing IT experience or having to outsource.
