Responsibilities

  • Write clear, compelling copy for B2B marketing assets in various mediums (ads, blog posts, email, award submissions, articles, eBooks, press releases etc.)
  • Support efforts of existing writing and working with lead writers and marketing team
  • Identify and isolate content that can be turned into marketing content
  • Review Request for Proposal (RFP)/proposal request forms to ensure full understanding of client requirements and integrate win themes and discriminators
  • Create compelling and persuasive proposals within a set timeframe, based on the approved strategy and recommended solution and pricing
  • Use the version control strategy to the proposal drafts and final version
  • Assist with quality control as needed on proposals and marketing content written by other writers
  • Conduct thorough research with subject matter experts, executives, and online
  • Collaborate with our design team to create proposal design summaries and marketing campaign pieces
  • Edit proposals and marketing content to address feedback from internal reviews or potential clients

Qualifications

  • Able to quickly understand new concepts and develop content rapidly
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or Communications
  • 3 years of experience in B2B marketing communications/writing
  • Must provide examples of B2B writing
  • Nice to haves:
    • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
    • Experience with SEO
    • Basic knowledge of HTML
