In the milestones section, you can review the latest version of an online deliverable, refer to the project timeline, or take a look at the high-level development process for the project.

File Cabinet

You won’t need to keep track of important documents on your own. Everything can be kept in one location in the File Cabinet. Your team and our team will be able to reference the latest version of important content or design documentation. This tool also facilitates the transfer of larger media that can’t be sent via e-mail.

Feedback

Using this tool, you’ll be able to track every comment made by your team members on a course deliverable. You’ll also be able to generate reports so that reviewers can verify that all of their suggested revisions have been implemented as desired.

If your technical specialist needs to talk to ours, the contact information of all team members is located in one easy reference. You can even see pictures of team members that you may never meet face-to-face.

Casting

We like to involve our clients in each step of the development process. You’ll want to help us choose mentor characters, narrators, etc. This tool will allow you to listen to both in-house and professional talent selections—so that we can identify the right talent before investing in media production.

Troubleshooting

If a machine is not playing the course correctly, this tool will supply the technical specifications and provide you with a simple means of testing those specifications. We can then work together to diagnose any problems that might arise.
