Ron Zamir
President, CEO

Ron Zamir is the President and CEO of employee-owned Allen Communication Learning Services. Prior to his time as president, Ron was the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mentergy, Inc. and Gilat Communications. With Paul Zackrison, Ron organized and implemented the management buy-out of Allen from the previous owner, Mentergy, Inc. Previously, he was General Manager for IBG, one of Israel's leading marketing and business development consulting firms dealing with high-tech, multimedia, education and the Web. Ron is an Honors graduate of Hebrew University, has completed MBA studies and is the recipient of the Raoul Wallenberg Fellowship for Leadership and Democracy.

Paul Zackrison
COO, CFO

Paul Zackrison is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of employee-owned Allen Communication Learning Services. Prior to becoming COO/CFO, Paul served as CFO at Mentergy, Inc. With Ron Zamir, Paul organized and implemented the management buy-out of Allen from the previous owner, Mentergy, Inc. As COO, he oversees Allen’s production and operations. Additionally, he manages accounting, finance, HR, legal and other administration. Paul came to Allen from the management team of Zenger Miller (later Achieve Global), a soft skills training provider. Prior to his experience in the training industry, he gained extensive experience in finance & accounting management and analysis in several high tech companies in Silicon Valley. Paul is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Utah.

Michael Noble, PhD
CLO

Michael Noble became Allen’s Chief Learning Officer in 2005 after seven years experience as a project manager and instructional designer. As CLO, he has re-engineered Allen’s instructional design and development process, designed a proprietary process for online project management, and dedicated himself to expanding the thought leadership and tactical abilities of his team. Recently, Michael presented at several national and international conferences—including ASTD, the e-Learning Guild, TechLearn, and ISPI. Michael's goal is to ensure that each of Allen’s clients has a unique experience in working with us, one characterized by creative energy, unrivaled response, and genuine value.
