Avon: The Beauty of Knowledge
To date, Allen has created a 33 course sales training curriculum for Avon. A large number of the courses cover product knowledge training, helping sales representatives better understand the products and programs released by Avon. Citibank: Global Pension Servicing
After changing the name of a major product, Citibank needed to teach their employees the features and benefits of this enhanced produce. Allen developed a course that taught employees how to describe the changing global pension funds market and identify Citibank’s current and target market share. The course was divided into six lessons with large, colorful graphics including charts, audio, a moderate amount of interactivity and an easily accessible glossary.
Citibank: Securities Lending
In this course, Sales Associates learned about Citibank’s flexibility in designing a customer-focused Securities Lending program. They also learned about potential Securities Lending clients, the competition and how it compared to Citibank, and how to respond to client concerns about Securities Lending. Key course features included audio, colorful graphics and knowledge checks at the end of each lesson.
FranklinCovey: Palm Handheld Basics
This course was designed to introduce users to the Palm Handheld device. The course walked users through the basic features of the Palm Handheld and taught them how to get the most out of their Palm Handheld. Learners were also introduced to Graffiti script, the writing program used by Palm Handheld as well as Hotsyncing, and the IrDA port.

FranklinCovey: Palm Handheld Mastery
Participants learn how to perform advanced functions using their Palm handheld. Through simulated graphics, learners interact with the device and perform procedures step-by-step.
Maytag: Amana Clothes Dryer
This course covers the main features and benefits of the Amana Clothes Dryer. This Rapid Content Delivery (RCD) course has narration, colorful graphics and multiple content reviews along with a Flash introduction to keep the viewer’s attention.
This course was one of nearly 30 total courses developed for Maytag.
Mitsubish: NetCommand
This course taught the set up and control functions of NetCommand® version 3.0. The course was made up of four demos. Two took the learner step-by-step through the set up and control functions and two interactive scenarios allowed the learner to practice setting up and controlling various devices using NetCommand®.
Mitsubishi: PerfectColor
This course demonstrated the PerfectColor™ feature on Mitsubishi televisions. The 1.5 minute demonstration explained how PerfectColor™ provided individual color intensity adjustment without alteration of other colors. It also introduced the viewer to the color bar that allowed them to monitor color adjustments.

Mitsubishi: Stretch Plus
The shape of the TV screen is not always consistent with the shape of the video image. However, with Mitsubishi wide screen TVs the video image can be manipulated to permit it to fit the TV screen comfortably. This course introduced the Stretch Plus feature and explained the difference between just stretching the image to fit a wide screen TV and the formatting done using Stretch Plus that maintains picture integrity.
Qwest: Product Knowledge
This course, developed using Rapid Content Development, taught the basic concepts of telephone connections. The course included bold colors and a fair amount of interactive to keep learners engaged. A glossary and additional resources were available to learners at any time.
Spectrum: Botanical/Nature
This course, developed using Rapid Content Delivery is one of ten product knowledge training courses Allen created for Spectrum. It introduced participants to Spectrum’s Garden Safe brand line of organic pesticides and fertilizers. Participants learned about most of these products as well has how they compared to competing products.

Tahitian Noni International: Online Fast Start Camp
This course covered the first step of a ten-step process in successfully marketing and selling Tahitian Noni products. It was divided into four sections, each covering an integral part of this first step on the path to success. Activities that helped the learner integrate the information presented were scattered throughout the course.
Wakefern: Hooked on Seafood
A ShopRite Seafood Associate is an important element in a successful seafood department. This course, created using Rapid Content Development, was created to help new seafood associates learn how to help make their department the best it could be. Along with learning the ins and outs of their job, new associates also learned about safety, customer service and even the seafood industry itself. The course was divided into five modules and included a comprehensive review and a mastery with certificate.
Wakefern: ShopRite Bakery Basics
This course won a Gold Excellence in E-Learning Award. A blended learning solution, both the online and on-the-job training components were designed and blended by Allen. The course helped entry-level bakery clerks acquire all the basic skills and knowledge for the job.
Wakefern: ShopRite Meat Training
New Shoprite Meat Department Associates are introduced to their job responsibilities, personal presentation and important safety requirements in this course. The course, created using Rapid Content Development, was divided into four lessons with a review and quiz to be completed after course completion. Audio, eye-catching graphics, a moderately high amount of interactivity and a glossary were some of the features that made this course exciting and fun for the learner.
