This training module was created by Allen for Intel to help their employees understand the company's best known methods (BKMs) for system manufacturing. The course introduces the viewer to pre-manufacturing plans, assembly tips and hints, and testing methodologies. Viewers’ attention is captured and held with interactive content, knowledge checks and Flash animations.

This course was one of a half dozen created for Intel.

 


 

 

Johnson Controls: BES Training
This Rapid Content Development (RCD) systems course introduces “shop floor” employees to the Battery Enterprise System. The course covers logging in and navigating in BES using a thin client or handheld device.

 

 

Maytag: Amana Clothes Dryer
This course covers the main features and benefits of the Amana Clothes Dryer. This Rapid Content Delivery (RCD) course has narration, colorful graphics and multiple content reviews along with a Flash introduction to keep the viewer’s attention.

This course was one of nearly 30 total courses developed for Maytag.


 

 

Northrop Grumman Newport News (NGNN): Apprentice School
This award-winning program trains selected employees in a shipbuilding trade and also prepares them for future leadership. The Apprentice School wanted students to learn and practice nine specific leadership principles, while being inspired to leadership by the company’s rich 113-year history. The course uses a person from the company’s history to illustrate each leadership principle. Students learn about the principle through the example of the historical mentor, view interviews with current employees illustrating the principle, practice in a simulated situation, and create a personal challenge and action plan related to the principle.

 

 


Rockwell Collins: Antitrust Compliance
This award-winning Personal Leadership course has full audio narration and a high level of interactivity to keep students engaged. Actual Rockwell Collins employees share their comments, stories of their successes and problems they’ve encountered on the job.

This course is one among over three dozen courses created for Rockwell Collins.
