Bright Horizons: Performance Management - Building a Positive Work Environment
This course, created using Rapid Content Development, was designed to teach Bright Horizons center directors and supervisors how to motivate their teams, decrease turnover, increase employee confidence, and ultimately, improve the service provided their client population: children and families. The course was divided into six lessons and was designed so learners could participate when they had available time.



CDAWN Learning: The Corporate Genome
This course won awards three awards: HR Executive Top 10, Omni, and Gold Excellence in E-Learning award. The Corporate Genome course was based on the popular live workshop taught by W. Shabaz Associates to their Fortune 500 clients. In the course, participants were able to manage a team on a critical global project, including team members and scenarios that illustrated communication styles and conflicts that occur in the workplace. The course also uniquely combined different workplace issues and integrated them into a unified training program.



Large Pharmaceutical (name withheld at company's request): Compliance for Leaders
This course was designed to give supervisors and management a detailed understanding of their roles regarding regulatory compliance. The course included six interactive segments and scenarios that helped learners retain the information presented.



Motorola: The Classroom Connection
This award-winning course prepared Motorola classroom facilitators to educate customer service representatives on a newly-acquired CSR system. It included techniques for applying adult learning theory and working with various personality types.



Northrop Grumman Newport News: Apprentice School - iLead
In its Apprentice School, Northrop Grumman Newport News trains selected employees in a shipbuilding trade and also prepares them for future leadership. The Apprentice School wanted students to learn and practice nine specific leadership principles, while being inspired to leadership by the company’s rich 113-year history. This award-winning course used a person from the company’s history to illustrate each leadership principle. Students learned about each principle through the example of the historical mentor. They also viewed interviews with current employees illustrating the principle, practiced in a simulated situation, then created a personal challenge and action plan related to the principle.



Rockwell Collins: Improved Performance
Rockwell Collins wanted to help managers become more skilled in providing formative feedback to employees. The potential awkwardness of the situation often caused managers to avoid feedback conversations. This award-winning course helped managers identify and overcome their barriers to giving feedback, structure a feedback conversation, build skills in dealing with negative reactions to feedback, and plan specific feedback conversations. Along with scenarios, practice exercises, and simulations, the course included a feedback planning tool that managers could use whenever they needed to address a performance problem.



Rockwell Collins: Personal Leadership
This award-winning course kept students engaged using a high level of game interactivity. In the course, actual Rockwell Collins employees shared their comments, stories of their successes and problems they had encountered on the job.



Spectrum Train the Trainer
This 30-minute course created using Rapid Content Development taught Spectrum Brands trainers how to introduce store associates at Home Depot and Lowe's to Spectrum Brands employees and Spectrum Brands products. Students learned how to prepare presentations by setting goals, creating a lesson plan, and arranging a date and location to meet. The course also offered suggestions for appropriate methods for presenting to adult learners.
