Aetna: Self Service
In this course,
Aetna employees learn about the defining features of a new customer service program, its components, and the benefits this new technology offers them and their customers.
This course was one of a half dozen developed for Aetna.
Aon: One Aon Learning Program
Aon and Allen teamed to produce am award-winning blended learning program consisting of a one-day instructor-led course and a two-hour e-learning course titled “One Aon.” The purpose of this orientation course was to teach Aon employees scattered around the world in hundreds of Aon subsidiaries (many recently acquired) how they fit into the larger organization.
This course was one of five developed for Aon.
Cambridge: Claims Management in Ovation Claim
This award-winning course was created to assist in the rollout of a new enterprise-wide claims processing system.
Cambridge claims processors are already familiar with similar software systems, but Ovation Claim provides a standard platform for the whole company. Since training on software can be pretty dry, another major purpose of the course was to use a theme interesting to the audience and appropriate to the content—not just a theme for theme's sake. Their first foray into e-learning, the success of the course combined with positive audience responses were crucial to creating momentum for further e-learning initiatives.
Unum Provident: Risk Rate Understanding
A Flash intro, full audio narration, visually captivating graphics and multiple knowledge checks make this 15 frame Rapid Content Development (RCD) module a symphony for the senses. The module was designed for Unum Provident employees to give them a high level overview of risk rate.
Wausau: ImpageRPS System
This streaming video presentation showed the features and benefits of
Wausau's ImageRPS (remittance processing system).
