From customer service to compliance to new employee training, Allen has developed a wide variety of custom training programs for global banks and financial institutions. Over our 26-year history, we’ve been privileged to help such venerable institutions as American Express, Citibank, BankOne, CapitalOne, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and a number of other global financial corporations whose privacy we’ve agreed to protect.

American Express: Seller Servicing Call Center
This 19-frame course developed using Allen’s proprietary Rapid Content Development (RCD) process, lead American Express Seller Service Calling Center employees through the process of creating follow-up reminders for meetings, conference calls and other events.

 


 

BankOne: Avoiding Conflict of Interest
In this course, Bank One employees were instructed on what is and is not a conflict of interest and who is governed by these rules. It also detailed the actions that must be taken when an employee is presented with a conflict of interest.

 


 

Capital One: Odyssey Systems Training
This Rapid Content Development (RCD) course taught employees at Capital One how to add a person to an existing account in the Odyssey Account Service system. The course included screenshots that allowed employees to see what the system would look like when they began using it.

 


 

Citibank: Auto FX
This course familiarized the participant with Citibank’s AutoFX system (Auto Foreign Exchange) and detailed the features and benefits of the system. The course was broken into seven concise and easily navigated lessons with activities and screen shots interspersed throughout to engage the learner.

 


 

Citibank: Global Custody
This course was created to train Citibank employees on Global Custody market and trends, Citibank’s strategy, supporting services, products, selling points, and the nature of the competition in the Global Custody market. Throughout this course, participants learned about key trends that affect the overall Global Custody customer segments. Customer scenarios and explanations offered by sales and product experts helped the viewer learn about the key product and process improvements implemented by Citibank.

 


 

Citibank: Global Pension Servicing
Citibank experienced a brand and product launch. We created a course that, along with teaching Citibank employees the new features and benefits of the product, also taught how to describe the changing global pension funds market and identify Citibank’s current and target market share.

 


 

Citibank: Securities Lending
In this sales training course, sales associates learned about key Citibank programs, the competition, and how to respond to client concerns. Features that added excitement and interest to this course included audio, colorful graphics and knowledge checks at the end of each lesson.

 


 

Deutsche Bank: Introduction to Personal Information Protection
The aim of this training was to familiarize all staff with internal policies, procedures and other framework related to the protection of personal information. Both English and Japanese versions of the course were developed. Additionally, the course concluded with an assessment test.

 


 

International Monetary Fund (IMF): Financial Programming
This program was comprised of an 80 hour course intended to span eight weeks. The course taught viewers the processes of analyzing and forecasting needed to design a financial program for a country.

 


 

Morgan Stanley: EPSS Prototype
This prototype gave a quick overview of the different Morgan Stanley accounts available and lists the documentation required on each account type.

 


 

Morgan Stanley: Introduction to IIG Business Continuity Plan
This Rapid Content Development (RCD) course was developed to enhance employee awareness of crisis management and life safety procedures and the tools and resources available to continue working during business interruptions. In the course, employees are given an overview of the IIG Business Continuity Program and familiarized with two key components: Crisis Management and Work Area Recovery.

 


 

Security National: Personnel Training Center
This course was created to train Security National Bank call center personnel on proper and professional phone skills. The course outlines the basic skills and attitudes needed to be a successful call center professional.



Vanguard Group: Termination Application
In this colorful course, employees of Vanguard Group learn to effectively and efficiently use a termination application. This user-friendly course, designed with a nautical feel, was created to reduce manual entry of termination transactions while increasing efficiency and compliance. Audio and an easily accessible glossary add to the successful design of the course.

 


Wachovia: Needs Assessment and New Hire Training
This custom learning program included a full needs assessment as well as a custom new hire training course geared to helping solve on-boarding, customer service and turnover challenges for Wachovia’s 6000 plus teller team.
