Aetna: Contracting Overview
This course provided Aetna employees with an overview of Aetna's contracting methodology and gave them a working knowledge of the tools, processes, and guidelines that help them perform efficiently and effectively in their new roles while contributing to the success of the company.
Aon: One Aon Learning Program
Aon, a multinational insurance corporation, teamed with Allen to produce an award-winning blended training experience that consisted of a one-day instructor-led course and a two-hour online course titled “One Aon.” The purpose of the orientation course was to teach Aon employees scattered around the world in hundreds of Aon subsidiaries (many recently acquired) how they fit into the larger organization.
Citibank: Global Custody
This course trained Citibank employees on Global Custody market and trends, Citibank’s strategy, supporting services, products, selling points, and the nature of the competition in the Global Custody market. Throughout the course, participants learn about key trends that affect the overall Global Custody customer segments. Customer scenarios and explanations offered by sales and product experts helped teach learners about key product and process improvements Citibank has implemented.

FedEx Introduction to Data Quality
When a package moves through the FedEx Ground system, electronic data tied to the package moves concurrently through an entirely different system. This information is vital for ensuring timeliness and accuracy of package delivery. This 90 minute Rapid Content Development (RCD) course taught FedEx employees how to recognize this important information, improve data accuracy and become familiar with tools used to track data quality. The course boasted a generous amount of interactivity, knowledge checks at the end of each of the seven modules and a course review and final assessment at the completion of all modules.
FedEx: Overview of the Check-in Process
This 60 minute course designed using Rapid Content Development (RCD) taught FedEx Ground employees the best way to set up the check-in area and best practices for conducting the check-in process. The course contains captures of reports used in the check-in area, a variety of knowledge checks at the end of each module and an assessment test after completion of all four modules.
Rockwell Collins: Factory Intranet Transaction
This short, 15 frame refresher trains on Rockwell Collins’ Factory Intranet Transaction (FIT) Labor Distribution. The course reviews the fundamental principles underlying the FIT Labor Distribution system, which tracks employee time, vacation and absences. The course covered acceptable time use, violations and what to do if the employee has forgotten their ID badge.
United Airlines: Ted Airlines
This course was developed by a small team from United Airlines mentored by Allen Communication and using templates created from Allen’s Rapid Content Development (RCD) method. At completion of the course, learners understood the differences in policies and procedures between Ted and mainline flying, knew the locations of safety and video equipment onboard, and were able to use the handheld device used to sell food on board.
Wakefern: Service Clerk ABCs
Along with the ShopRite business philosophy, the building blocks of excellent customer service, including proper attire, safety policies and communication techniques, were taught in this course created using Rapid Content Development (RCD). The highly interactive course included knowledge checks, games and video to keep the learner interested.
