Groundbreaking Program Teaches How to Achieve Business Success Through a Cultural Shift in Favor of Employee Appreciation
SALT LAKE CITY (Sept. 23, 2014)—O.C. Tanner, a leading developer of employee recognition strategies and reward programs, has received an Aurora Award for its one-of-a-kind, global recognition training course, the Appreciation Experience.

The Appreciation Experience was honored with a Platinum Best of Show Aurora award, because of its high level of creativity, outstanding message effectiveness, and excellence in technical execution. O.C. Tanner was among the top 10% of entrants to be honored with this prestigious award.

As a web-based course, its aim is to educate leaders, managers and supervisors on the increasingly pivotal role that appreciation plays in business success.For example, within the average U.S. workplace, 7 out of 10 employees are disengaged, an even more alarming statistic when coupled with research showing that 68% of customers will stop buying from a company due to the indifference of a single employee.
