ASTD 2010, AllenComm, and Amway Global

Last week, we were honored to accept the Excellence in Practice Citation for Workplace Learning and Development with Amway Global. The awards ceremony, held at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, was a beautiful setting for this event. We had a wonderful time going to the conference and enjoying Amway’s company.

Anna Sargsyan, AllenComm’s Project Manager for Amway, had this to say about the event:

I really appreciate all the hard work that our team put together for this training. Long hours to meet the tight schedule, attention to detail, and quality work of each team member made this training so successful. I’d like to thank the Amway team for their support by providing an excellent subject-matter expertise and conducting timely reviews. To see the amazing results and know that the training works for the end-user, make our work so rewarding.

  1. As the manager of instructional design for Amway Global, I just want to extend a big “thank you” to the Allen team for all of their expertise, hard work and commitment. Our independent business owners have been very appreciative of the training they have received and this is what motivates all of us. (and the bottom-line results we are seeing aren’t bad either!)

Still – it’s nice to know that a professional organization like ASTD that evaluates 100s of submissions from companies all over the world selected our sales curriculum as an example of “excellence in practice.”

Kudos to my team at Allen. You guys are the best!
