Wachovia and AllenComm Win 2007 Learning Leaders Award from Bersin Associates for New Hire E-Learning Course

Salt Lake City (January 08, 2008) — Bersin and Associates recently announced Wachovia and Allen Communication Learning Services as winners of their coveted “Learning Leaders Award.” From 2006 to 2007, Allen helped Wachovia develop a number of custom, self-paced e-learning courses for new teller training that Bersin has recognized in their Operational Program Excellence category.

The 28-hour interactive course covers all aspects of a teller’s job, including proper job fit, increasing speed to comprehension, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Criteria for winning a Learning Leaders Award is rigorous and based on the research, roll-out, and results of the training program.
