Allen Communication Learning Services Helps USANA Retain Associates with Sleek Online Sales Training and Wins Two OMNI Awards


SALT LAKE CITY (January 11, 2010) The OMNI Awards recognize outstanding media productions that engage, empower and enlighten in the fields of film, television, video, interactive, animation and Web. Allen created BDS:eApprentice by condensing years of learning and expertise from USANA’s most flourishing leaders into several hours of fun, yet educational, e-learning to provide just-in-time or on-the-job training for new and less experienced associates. One unique aspect of BDS:eApprentice is the ability for associates to create an IRS-ready business plan.

With the course in place, new associates are fully trained to start their businesses within hours of signing up with USANA. As a result, associates have the confidence and knowledge to become successful faster, start earning commissions sooner and consequently, have an incentive to stay with USANA longer.
